Organised Bookkeeping BAS Onboarding

To get your accounts ship-shape and ensure your compliance is airtight, we just need to tick a few boxes to make things official. Please complete the steps below so we can hit the ground running.

We use Snapforms for secure data collection in Australia.

What We Need From You:

Identity Verification as required by the Tax Practioner's Board & ATO: a quick snap of your driver's license or passport
Basic business details
ATO Agent Nomination: To act as your BAS Agent, we need you to nominate us via your Online Services for Business portal. This ensures we can handle your lodgments and communicate with the ATO on your behalf.
$150 initial deposit to lock in your onboarding spot. This isn't an extra fee. The full amount will be credited toward your first invoice, effectively acting as a head start on your first month of bookkeeping.
Relevant period bank statements, receipts and tax notices (optional)
- After your initial submission a dedicated secure space will be shared for your future uploads where you can view all your documents in one place.

To allow us to lodge your BAS and communicate with the ATO on your behalf, you must "nominate" us through your Online Services for Business portal. We cannot do this on your behalf as it is a security measure to ensure you have full control over who acceses your tax data.

Log In - Go to the ATO Online Services for Business and log in using your myID.
Navigate to Profile in the top menu and select Agent Details. In the Agent Nominations section, click the Add button. Under Search for Agent, enter our Agent Number: 26349751 (Organised Bookkeeping Pty Ltd).
Complete the declaration, and click Submit.

What to Upload: business bank statements (all accounts), credit card statements, payroll summaries (if applicable), large purchase invoices, loan agreements or expense receipts. After your first upload we will create a permanent secure place to store all your files in one place for easy access and record keeping purposes.
